Junior Lawyer

As we continue to grow rapidly, we are looking for a Junior Lawyer to join our Legal team and provide legal support to the business.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Law.
• 1+ year of relevant legal experience.
• Basic understanding of contract law and contract review principles.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies and potential legal risks.
• Ability to work independently and understand when an issue should be escalated to a senior lawyer.
• Business English — B2+, Legal English — B2+.
• Strong stress resilience, responsibility, and organizational skills.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with drafting, reviewing, and preparing contracts and other legal documents.
• Prepare amendments, supplementary agreements, appendices, specifications, and other contractual documents.
• Conduct initial legal reviews of agreements received from counterparties and internal teams.
• Review contractual terms for compliance with applicable legislation, internal policies, templates, and company requirements.
• Identify inconsistencies, missing provisions, potentially unfavorable terms, and other contractual risks.
• Escalate complex or potentially significant legal matters to senior members of the Legal team.
• Assist with maintaining and updating contract templates and other legal documentation.
• Conduct basic legal research when required.
• Collaborate with internal teams on contractual and other legal matters.
